How to ship correctly

Five simple steps that make your parcel safer – whoever you sell to.

  1. 01

    Take photos

    Every item separately, ideally next to a ruler or on a kitchen scale. That gives you proof.

  2. 02

    Pack items separately

    Small bags or paper, chains untangled, nothing loose in the envelope. Rattling gives the contents away.

  3. 03

    Enclose the cover letter

    Signed and legible. Keep a copy or a photo of it.

  4. 04

    Seal it neutrally

    No reference to gold, jewellery or value on the outside. Only recipient and sender.

  5. 05

    Hand it in and keep the receipt

    Keep the posting receipt with the tracking number until you are paid.
