What is your gold worth today?

What does it cost me if I do not sell?
We cover the postage for sending to us. If our offer does not suit you, we return your items insured. Return shipping is free.
How quickly will I get an offer?
Within 24 hours of your parcel arriving – by email, WhatsApp or phone, whichever you prefer.
How can I send my items?
In three ways: we send you a shipping bag, you request a shipping label, or you send it yourself to our company address.
How is my parcel insured?
You set the insured amount yourself: up to €500 we use a DHL label, up to €15,000 a UPS label, above that we arrange a secure courier through INTEX or BERTRAM. Returns are always sent insured. Exact limits for the secure courier are agreed case by case.
How much do you pay?
We base our price on the current spot price. For jewellery and scrap gold we deduct €3 per gram of fine gold, for tradeable bars and coins €1. The calculator shows you the exact amount.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Buying precious metals is subject to German anti-money-laundering law. You provide the details on the cover letter enclosed with your parcel – not online.
Do I have to pay tax on the proceeds?
In Germany, usually not if you have owned the items for more than a year. Your tax adviser can give you a binding answer.
